The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast selection kept us excited each morning. The peaceful ambiance provided a nice retreat after busy days exploring the area.

The pool area is like an oasis, perfect for chilling after a long day exploring the falls. We loved the large rooms and the eco-friendly vibe of the gardens and landscaping. The spa services were a treat, especially after our outdoor adventures. A fantastic spot for gamblers, the refurbished casino had a great atmosphere.

During my recent stay, I loved the easy 5-minute walk to Virgen del Carmen Cathedral and the beautiful Hummingbird Garden, making it so convenient to explore the charming local sights within the city. the hotel itself is lovely, and I particularly appreciated the wide range of relaxing spa treatments available after my city strolls, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. However, the staff could be a bit more attentive at times.

The Iguazu Grand Resort Spa & Casino has a great location near the border, making it easy to visit both sides of the Iguazu Falls. The gardens are beautiful, and I loved the variety of wildlife around the property. The pool area is inviting and perfect for relaxation. The dining options are decent, particularly the breakfast with its array of fruits and pastries, although they struggled to keep up with the demand, which was frustrating. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, especially with late checkout. Despite the strong points, the hotel rooms felt dated and could use some upgrades. I noticed ants in the carpet and some water issues during my stay. The air conditioning worked intermittently too. While the amenities are enjoyable, they come with charges which feel excessive for a resort of this caliber. I'd recommend the hotel for its location and service, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
