fantastic central location for exploring parks and attractions nearby
During my recent stay, I loved the easy 5-minute walk to Virgen del Carmen Cathedral and the beautiful Hummingbird Garden, making it so convenient to explore the charming local sights within the city. the hotel itself is lovely, and I particularly appreciated the wide range of relaxing spa treatments available after my city strolls, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. However, the staff could be a bit more attentive at times.

The Iguazu Grand Resort Spa & Casino has a great location near the border, making it easy to visit both sides of the Iguazu Falls. The gardens are beautiful, and I loved the variety of wildlife around the property. The pool area is inviting and perfect for relaxation. The dining options are decent, particularly the breakfast with its array of fruits and pastries, although they struggled to keep up with the demand, which was frustrating. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, especially with late checkout. Despite the strong points, the hotel rooms felt dated and could use some upgrades. I noticed ants in the carpet and some water issues during my stay. The air conditioning worked intermittently too. While the amenities are enjoyable, they come with charges which feel excessive for a resort of this caliber. I'd recommend the hotel for its location and service, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Convenient location near the national park and airport, with helpful staff who arranged taxis effortlessly. The spacious Junior Suite offered a pleasant view and comfortable bedding. Enjoyed a superb dinner in the fancier restaurant, although the lobby dining was only average and coffee service at breakfast could be improved.

The hotel's beautiful grounds and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, though the rooms could use some updates and better soundproofing. The dining options were decent but not exceptional, and the check-in process felt slow at times.

The Junior Suite offered a spacious layout with a separate sitting area and a sizable, pleasing bathroom. The multi-level pool, surrounded by lush gardens, provided a serene spot to unwind after busy days exploring.
While the overall space in the suite was good, I noticed it felt a bit dated, and issues like ants on the carpet were concerning. The breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options, charging extra for eggs, and a significant lack of yogurt for fans of that morning staple. Additionally, the need for serious refurbishing in certain areas of the hotel caught my eye.
